Amy Herdy is a social justice documentary filmmaker whose work is rooted in deep witnessing, truth-telling, and care. Sustained by life on her farm and the grounding presence of her horses, she’s passionate about sharing the beauty, steadiness, and healing energy they offer. Over the years, Amy has successfully hosted many private horse clinics with clinicians from around the world at her farm, creating space for learning, connection, and meaningful transformation.

Sus Kellogg
Grew up in a family of horsewomen, developing a lifelong respect for horses and the natural world. Influenced by yoga, ecology, and teachers.
She founded Free Horse Farm and Essential Horsemanship in 1999.

Natalie King
Began cold-water immersion in 2021, committing to 356 days to heal anxiety and depression. After training with Wim Hof in Poland, she now teaches breathwork, cold immersion, and heat exposure.

Kristin Fernald
She is a licensed psychotherapist and lifelong horsewoman from Lopez Island with 30+ years in practice. A certified HEAL instructor, she offers counseling and equine-assisted therapy, guided by a belief in healing and wholeness.

Rose Blair
She is a somatic, trauma-informed psychotherapist offering deeply personalized work that integrates breathwork, somatic release, therapeutic touch, meditation, hypnotherapy, EMDR, and integrative talk therapy.
