All retreat details, schedules, and offerings are subject to change based on weather, facilitator availability, horse well-being, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made with care and communicated as clearly as possible.

Participation in the retreat requires completion of registration, full payment at the time of booking, and signing of a liability waiver prior to the start of the immersion.

All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of Amy Herdy unless otherwise noted and may not be reproduced without permission.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a participant’s registration if we believe the retreat is not an appropriate fit, with participant safety and group integrity as the priority.
