All event details, schedules, and offerings are subject to change based on weather, facilitator availability, horse well-being, or other circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be made with care and communicated as clearly as possible.

Participation in the event requires completion of registration, a non-refundable deposit upon booking and the remaining balance paid in full 30 days before the event, and signing of a liability waiver prior to the start of the event.
