The retreat fee is $2,950, which includes all workshops and facilitated experiences, transportation to daily off-site outings, and scheduled group meals. Lunches are self-provided, allowing for personal choice and flexibility.

Payment methods are Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, Check. Payment is due at registration to hold your spot in the retreat. Other options may be available, just ask.

Payment & Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking to hold your spot. Because this healing immersion is intentionally small and involves advance commitments for facilitators, meals, and horse care, all payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another participant.

After registration/booking, participants will be asked to complete a brief intake form so we can prepare thoughtfully and support the group with care.
