Payment & Cancellation

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.  Because this healing immersion is intentionally small and involves advance commitments for facilitators, meals, and horse care, all payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to apply your payment toward a future event, subject to availability.
